Butter Chicken biryani

 

Ingredients

  1. 500 grams raw chicken
  2. 1 roughly chopped onion
  3. 6 tomatoes
  4. 2 cups basmati rice
  5. 4 cups water
  6. to taste salt
  7. 1/4 tsp deghi mirch
  8. 1 tbsp shahi paneer masala
  9. 1 tsp chicken masala
  10. 1/2 cream cream
  11. 1 bay leaf
  12. 1 tbsp pure ghee

 

 

Steps

  1. Wash & soak the rice for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, put onion & tomatoes in the mixie & grind to make smooth paste.

  2. Heat pure ghee in a karahi & add bay leaf with tomato paste. Add all the ingredients & cook on low flame till oil spreads from corners. Add cream & cook for few minutes.

  3. Now add washed raw chicken.no need to add water. Cook on low flame till they little soft.

  4. Rinse water from the rice & add to the chicken with 4 cups of water. Cover with lid & cook on low flame for 20 minutes. Serve hot with Curd.
