B&B Organics 5kg Raw Rice
Unddralu (Raw Rice Rava Balls)
Ingredients
- 1 cup Raw rice rava
- 4-5 tbsp Moong dal
- 3-4 tsp Jeera
- to taste Salt
- 2 tsp Oil
Steps
Boil 2 cups of water in saucepan. When water is boiling add moong dal, jeera, salt, oil and rice rava. Mix well.
Cover with lid and allow it to cook.
When rava gets cooked switch off the flame and leave it for five mins.
Make small balls of the cooked rava and keep it aside.
Unddralu are ready for naivedyam.
Serve with ginger chutney.
