Butter Chicken biryani
Ingredients
- 500 grams raw chicken
- 1 roughly chopped onion
- 6 tomatoes
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 4 cups water
- to taste salt
- 1/4 tsp deghi mirch
- 1 tbsp shahi paneer masala
- 1 tsp chicken masala
- 1/2 cream cream
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp pure ghee
Steps
Wash & soak the rice for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, put onion & tomatoes in the mixie & grind to make smooth paste.
Heat pure ghee in a karahi & add bay leaf with tomato paste. Add all the ingredients & cook on low flame till oil spreads from corners. Add cream & cook for few minutes.
Now add washed raw chicken.no need to add water. Cook on low flame till they little soft.
Rinse water from the rice & add to the chicken with 4 cups of water. Cover with lid & cook on low flame for 20 minutes. Serve hot with Curd.
